Ups and downs in life

Life is like a roller coaster, there are ups and there are downs. That's really what makes life interesting and the unpredictable part of it also makes life miserable and sometime exciting.

There is an old chinese saying, it translates to, "Don't give up when fail and don't be proud when success". This is a great sentence because a lot of success come after failures. Downs are always followed by ups which is true for almost everything in life. The most important thing is, don't repeat the same mistake twice.

Downs should be viewed as a motivation to get to higher ground and ups should be viewed as an alert for getting lazy or slowing down.
